The Rotary Board met on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at The Antlers.
 
Treasurer:  The income from Flight and it's sponsors is in good condition
                   The financials for the Service Fund are handled on a fiscal year
                   
Membership:  CS Rotary has 133 Rotarians of which 80 are Active, 37 are Exempt and 16 are Prime
                        Resignations include Kurt Kofford
                        New rules for a Rotarian applying for Senior Exempt status:  The "85" rule stipulates a Rotarian must have 20 years of full Rotary Membership.
                        White Badge Rotarians must attend one Prime meeting.
 
Paul Harris Foundation:  Criteria is forthcoming regarding the ability to increase Paul Harris Foundation points with matching funds.
                                         Rotarians that have accumulated points have the option of donating them to another person.
                                         Rotarians are urged to transfer their donations to "Rotary Direct."
 
International:  Ethiopia Project, "Trampled Rose" is in it's 2nd year
                        Nicaragua Water Project:  Six people have signed up for the Service Trip in January.
                                                                  The Palmer High Students are having a fund raising event on September 17, called "Walk for Water"

Newsletter:  Any articles or information intended for the Newsletter must be submitted to Kathleen Saltmarsh-Voss by Wednesday
 
Rotaract:  Judy Casey and Carol Bach are working with Colorado College to revive their club.
 
Prime:  Has a new program "Suits for Scholars" to assist students from District 3 with interview techniques
 
Fundraising:  We need help from everyone to purchase and sell raffle tickets.  Brittany who wears the Butterfly Wings at our Friday meetings is handling sales.
