The Place Apartment Kits

Join the Rotary Club of Colorado Springs in our January service project supporting The Place. 

Throughout the month of January members are encouraged to create apartment kits that will be provided to young people when they are able to get their first apartment by The Place. Please review the list of items needed here. That page will give you an idea of what should be included in the apartment kit or you may make a monetary donation to the Rotary Club of Colorado Springs Service Fund which will be donated to The Place. https://checkout.square.site/buy/7XQPU463SQT62V33DVRNM7FJ

This service project will benefit the youth who are in transition out of our shelter and into their first apartment. Please place the small items in a laundry basket or plastic storage tub. Feel free to add any items you think would be helpful for someone moving into their first apartment. Please DO NOT include religious items, personal notes, cash, or your personal contact information

Completed kits may be dropped off with the Director of Community Service, Samantha Chapman or delivered directly to The Place. Please call ahead to coordinate a drop-off on location at: 719-338-9257.
