2019 District Conference

2019 District 6910 Conference, Rolling on the River, registration is now open!

·  A special registration rate of $225 will be effective from November 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. The registration rate increases to $250 on January 1, 2019 and to $275 on April 10, 2018. Registration doesn't include hotel accommodations.

·  All conference registrations will be made through DACdb. To register for the district conference, please go to the district website at RotaryDistrict6910.org and scroll down. Click on "Click Here to Register".

Lodging/Hospitality Suites:

• The District Conference Committee has negotiated the following rates at the Hyatt Regency - Greenville: Single Rate/Double Rate $149, Triple Rate $169, and Quad Rate $169. Premium and Suite upgrades may be available for an additional fee based on availability.

• Hospitality Suites are limited to two (2) Suites @ $349.00 per day. Holds 20-25 people comfortably.  Email Dianne Cammarata at dlcamma@bellsouth.net to reserve one of these Hospitality Suites.

Room/Suite rates are subject to tax, which is currently 10% plus a 2% Destination Fee.  Reservations must be made on or before the cutoff date of Friday, April 10, 2019 to be eligible for the group rate.
