This event is a kick-off for club leadership teams (president elects, their board, committee chairs, and support teams) - a chance to strategize on what they will do doing the coming year to "Enhance the Value of Rotary Membership" in their clubs.

• Presentation about member value                                      
• Facilitated cross club sharing of ideas                                  
• Independent club strategy session                                         
• Sharing of top club strategies
