Rotary Expo Rutland VT

The Expo will have food stations and there will also be a cash bar.  During the Expo, Rotarians and Non – Rotarians will be encouraged to network with each other, view the club displays, and enjoy musical performances and presentations. The Rotary Expo will showcase all the programs of Rotary.  It is also an opportunity to promote activities and to encourage non-Rotarians to consider becoming members.

There will be a formal program at each Expo with featured speakers on Foundation activities.  These speakers will be of outstanding quality.   The Keynote Speakers for each Expo are:

• Nashua – Rotary Peace Scholar Francesca Giovannini
• Rutland – Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar and West Point Graduate – Captain Nick Normandin

Please purchase your “Passports” (Tickets) from your Assistant Governor or the Expo Committee Member from your Rotary Club.     Tickets can also be purchased on the District Website.  These cost $25.00 and will be pre-sold to provide an indication of the anticipated attendance.  After November 1^st the price will increase to $30 and no additional tickets will be sold after November 7^th. 

We would also encourage you to invite a non-Rotarian to the Expo so that they may consider becoming a new member, as it will be a great way to introduce them to Rotary. 

Each Passport entitles the bearer to one $5 raffle ticket and the chance to win some excellent raffle prizes.

Raffle tickets will be drawn – with replacement – in other words if your number is drawn and you win a prize – your number goes back into the drum – and in theory you could win every prize if you were so lucky.

The Grand Prize at each Expo will be Four Yankee-Red Sox Tickets.
