Monadnock Rotary Club Bulletin for the Week of August 30, 2015

What a glorious Labor Day weekend!  I hope everyone is outside enjoying the terrific weather.

 

Our speaker last week was Jarvis Coffin who is not only the proprietor of the Hancock Inn but a volunteer on the task force which is developing a "Branding" concept for the Monadnock Region.  His presentation was not only about "what is a Brand?" but why the Monadnock Region needs a brand and also how the Branding Task force is in the process of developing a brand for the Monadnock region which would capture the uniqueness of the region and the many strengths it has to offer.  While the work of the Task Force is not complete, he gave several examples of concepts that are under consideration.

 

 

 

 

 

There will NOT be a meeting on September 8, 2015 due to the Labor Day holiday.  Our next meeting will be an assembly meeting on September 15 at the Dublin Community Church starting at 7:30 AM.  The focus will be on preparations for the Wellness Festival.  Everyone should please try to attend since the date of the Wellness Festival is quickly approaching.
