Please join Rotarians from all of the Hamilton Rotary Clubs for a special information evening about Polio on the 24th of October, World Polio Day.  The event takes place at the Hamilton Spectator Auditorium and we have a exciting night planned.  If you haven't notified me that you are attending, please do so.

Doors open at 6:15 and participants are welcome to take part in the Virtual Reality Polio Experience at our four VR stations.   Refreshments and snacks will be served.

At 6:45, Karen Oakes, Regional Rotary Foundation Co-ordinator, will bring us up-to-date on Rotary's successes and challenges in their drive to end polio across the globe.

Then at 7 pm, World renowned Epidemiologist and Infectious Diseases Scholar, Dr. Mark Loeb, who is Professor of Pathology and Molecular Science at McMaster University, will address polio's history and also present his current study regarding Polio.

Your cost is simply a canned good for Hamilton Food Share, or a donation to Rotary's "End Polio Now" campaign.  Donations to the snack and hall rental fund are also gratefully accepted.

Please see the attached for more information and email us at info@hamiltonamrotary.com to reserve a spot.

Yours In Rotary,
