....clothes in excellent condition, on hangers, pressed or dry cleaned, without stains, rips, or missing buttons.
....china or crystal without chips, scratches, or worn patterns.
...housewares and home appliances clean and in working order,
or "small items too numerous to mention" but all in good condition.... WE NEED THEM.
