Looks like "birds of a feather flock together" scene at our meeting last Friday! Actually, it was part of a wonderful presentation given by Dr. David Biedebach, a Thousand Oaks Chiropractor. There was member participation for a deep breathing exercise along with Dr. Biedebach's four ways to deal with stress: positive attitude and getting plenty of oxygen, water and exercise (all being worked on by our President, sort of). Thank you Dr. Biedebach for your exhilarating program!

 

Also visiting us last Friday was none other than our AWESOME District Governor, Loretta Butts. Loretta handed out commemorative coins to our Veteran club members: Jacob Castrol, Ken Koors, Ron Cunningham and Michael Ramakrishnan. Under her leadership, Loretta is giving special recognition to Veterans and organizations that help those Veterans get back on the right track. Thank you Loretta for making a special trip to our Club. We certainly appreciate it

 

Finally, our Club President lost a wager on the College National Championship game to our illustrious The Ohio State University alumni member, Jim Eckley! Prez Patterson had to wear the beautiful Scarlet and Gray jacket (pictured here). What a sport and congrats to OSU on their Championship!
