Wine Pairing Update

The Apple Shed will be the location for this year's "Wine Pairing Dinner" on the evening of January 31st at 6:00pm. Mano of Red House BBQ is turning the Apple Shed restaurant into a go-to for fine dining. Rotary will be one of the first to sample some of Mano's new cuisine. Along with the four course dinner featuring prime rib, Tobin James will be the vintner with a wine to compliment each course of the fabulous dinner.

We are in need of silent auction prizes. If you can help--please let Linda Carhart know. The evening should be a great fun with delicious food and wonderful wines. Hope to see everyone there!
