Believe it or not...This month's honoree as Rotarian of the Month is actually a Pirate--aka Tim Trujillo!

Tim Trujillo--the man of many hats, was selected by Linda as October's Rotarian of the Month.  Tim has been active in Rotary for the past 8 years and is currently the Foundation Chair, International Chair and Vocational Service Chair.  He is also an Assistant District Governor for Group 1 of District 5240 and next year will serve as Executive District Governor for DGE Nick Frankel.

Tim enjoys both the local community aspect of Rotary including events like the battery exchange and the Holiday Luncheon as well as the work Rotary does though out the world, taking part in an NID to India in 2010 to help with polio eradication.  He has spear-headed the project to help the orphanage in Tijuana and traveled to Mexico after the earthquake to help rebuild an area that was affected by the quake.

Bottom line--Tim is a Rotarian at Heart!
