What: Rotary Club of Santa Barbara Annual Meeting
Where: Our tour of new club meeting venues continues with a stop at Jill’s Place Restaurant (632 Santa Barbara Street) in downtown SB. We will have the entire indoor dining room to ourselves.
Agenda:
11:45a-12:30p: Check-in, buffet lunch, and fellowship
12:30–12:50p: President’s Time featuring the return of the Fireside Chat with Mike Bieza and Game Time with Michael Baker
12:50p–1:30p: Annual Meeting
- Presentation of Annual Goals – Club President
- Presentation of Annual Budget – Club Treasurer
- Foundation Board Report and Proposed Bylaw Changes – Foundation Board Chair
- Town Hall and Member Feedback
In-Person Cost: $28 (at cost); Members and guests will pay for lunches at the meeting (credit cards accepted, although cash and check appreciated to facilitate swift payment and lower overhead fees).
Quorum Requirement and Remote Option: A quorum of one-third of club members is required to conduct club business. A remote option will be available for those who don’t attend in person. Click here at 12:30p to watch the meeting remotely.
