Culinary training in jail

Come hear how Chef Amy Tyrrell of Morsels as You Wish was brought on board by Ventura Adult and Continuing Education as a Culinary Instructor. She’s assigned to Todd Road Jail for the purpose of teaching inmates a culinary course providing them with a vocation and access to employment upon release. And yes, they do use knives in the program!
