Our Mission The Kern County 999 Foundation, is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization whose mission is to recognize and honor Kern County's fallen peace officers who gave their lives ‘In The Line of Duty’ serving the citizens of this great county, and provide support to the family members left behind.
