David has his own business, as he says, “helping people design and execute buy and sell strategies” He specializes in multifamily, residential, and investment properties.

 

Earlier career directions took David to banking and website design. Then he decided that the real estate industry would allow him to serve a range of clients, helping them be successful. 

So he joined Warring Properties & Century 21, where he became the #1 Broker and in the top 5% in North West Multiple Listing Service. Then he moved on to set up DMD Real Estate.

 

Born in Germany where his father was stationed in the Army, David moved to Tacoma, as his dad was posted to Fort Lewis [now Joint Base Lewis McCord – JBLM]. He went on to Western Washington University, earning a Bachelor’s degree. Now how many here attended WWU – please raise your hands. Keep them up if you also earned two special scholarships for all expense paid studies abroad in both Croatia and Sweden.

 

David and his fiancée, a medical assistant, live in Seattle and will be married in May. Her name is Cinderella, so it is sure to be a fairy tale wedding!

 

When I asked him why Seattle Rotary, he said he lived here, wanted to give back, volunteer, and connect. As a previous guest, he could sense the energy in the room.
