Ethnic Dinner at Kitchen Istanbul

Join fellow members for a special ethnic dinner of authentic Turkish cuisine at the Kitchen Istanbul in Ballard.  Cost is $47.00 per person including tax and tips.  Istanbul native, Fedva Dikmen, will select the menu which will include:

 APPETIZERS

• A combo appetizer plate including four kinds of Turkish mezze and a shepherd salad

ENTREES  (everyone chooses one entree)

• Kofte (Turkish meat patty)
• Chicken shish kebab
• Eggplant delights (vegetarian)
• Filled flounder (pan-fried)

DESSERT 

• Baklava and Turkish tea
