Rotary Plus: Hike & Picnic at Washington Park

Join members of Fidalgo Island Rotary — aka the FUN Club! — for our monthly social gathering, Rotary Plus!

This month, we'll be doing a morning hike at Washington Park in Anacortes, meeting at 9 a.m. 

We'll meet at the parking lot and start of the loop at Washington Park, near the boat launch parking area and pay station. The loop hike through Washington Park is a little over 2 miles, and is an easy-to-moderate level hike. Actual hike duration will be determined by event attendees.

After the hike, hang out in the sunshine with a picnic at the park! Bring a potluck item, beverage or snack to share (might we suggest some delicious local berries or Bloody Marys?) You are welcome to join us for just the picnic, if hiking isn't your thing. We'll probably start picnicing a little after 10 a.m.

You do not have to be a member of Fidalgo Island Rotary to join us! This is open to the public and anyone who likes laugher, friendship and communing with nature.
