Fairhaven Summer Repertory Theatre at The Firehouse

After graduating from University of Oregon with an MFA in directing in 1986, Mark served on the theatre faculty of Eastern Oregon University. He joined the Western Washington University faculty in 1996, serving as department chair for several years. He has directed over 140 plays around the nation, including productions at the Kennedy Center, Eastern Oregon University, University of Oregon, WWU, and Mount Baker Theatre.

Mark and Steve Lyons co-founded Bellingham TheatreWorks in 2014.  This summer we present the first annual  "Fairhaven Summer Repertory Theatre" at The Firehouse Arts and Events Center. July 2019, we are producing three plays in repertory: Wit, The Clean House, and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.   Because each play centers around a character who is struggling with serious illness, the Palliative Care Institute at WWU is partnering with us in presenting these plays.
