Family Lawyering

As Kulshan Law Group’s family law attorney, Jennifer advises and advocates for clients in family law litigation. Her expertise includes: divorce, legal separation, child custody and child support disputes. Jennifer aggressively advocates for her clients in court.  She also recognizes when litigation is unnecessary and can help her clients negotiate and resolve disputes outside of the court system.  Her passion is helping clients navigate the law during difficult and significant life events.

Jennifer formerly served as a law extern for the Honorable Judge Ronald Leighton (2008), a public defense attorney for the City of Bellevue (2009-2010), a non-profit staff attorney at the Center for Justice in Spokane (2010-2012), an associate practicing federal copyright litigation at a New York law firm (2014), and an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Roger Ellingson in Blaine (2016-2017).

In addition to family law, Jennifer’s practice also includes federal and state civil litigation, probate administration, and simple estate planning.
