It was the first golf tournament we have had since Dick Post's death.  Here is a photo of Dick and some lady golfers in 2009.

 

 

Of course, it has always just been for fun hence it became the Dick Post Pre-memorial Golf Tournament.  Until this year Dick always gave thanks that he was still with us. 

 

This year Dick's son Rick, daughter-in-law Beth, and daughter Susan joined us for golf and post golf function. Of course Dick would have loved the fact that Rick showed up in Dick's favorite university's colors:

 

 

There were 8 foursomes of golfers (about 34 total golfers) and about 70 who attended the after the golf party at Chases.  Several members took photos and at the time of publishing this story Dale's photos appear both on our Face Book site and as a photo album on our website.  Karri took official foursome group photos and we will see if they can be added to the albums.

 

Ron reports that there were 3 foursomes who shot 6 under par.  Dale says that his foursome was first (of course)--joining Dale and Ron were Tom Lane and Eric Alexander; 2nd the foursome of Rick Post, Beth Post, Susan Bitner and Don Henderson.  Ron says that the threesome(?) of Brad Giles, Matt Rolf and Mike Zachman.

 

No one could find the sheets for the longest drives.  Beverage cart must have been active!  But who cares, it is all in fun!
