District 5050 Annual Conference

This year's District Conference is in our own back yard!  It gives our members the luxury of attending all or just portions of the conference without a long drive.  

The conference officially starts on April 12, however, there are some Thursday events that are still open including HIBUB Culteral Tour and a Rotary Trivia Dinner at Shawn O"Donnell's.  There is limited space on both.

HOME DINNER HOSTING:  Members of our club are being asked to host visiting Rotarians in their home for a dinner on Friday, April 12.  It's listed as a separate event and has a link to the form to volunteer to host.  DAVE IS THE CHAIR OF HOME HOSTING AND HE IS ASKING FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION--PLEASE!

There is a registration option that includes just the Saturday night dinner and Carribean themed party and Sunday breakfast.  There are discount rooms available at the resort by calling 360-716-6000, and telling them that it is for the Rotary Conference.
