Quarterly Meeting of the Club Administration Committee

THURSDAY, August 9, 2018, 11:00am-12:00pm (just  before lunch)

Due to summer schedules and last minutes cancelations, we are rescheuling the Club Administration Meeting to an early afternoon time. We wil determine a new schedule for this year at the meeting.

With the Rotary Year we have many tasks and responsibilities to assure our club runs effeciiently and smoothly. With your passion for Rotary, your enthusiasm for fun and your commitment to follow-through--we can make this year great!

  1. Weekly Meeting Set-up/Wrap-up Crew - Paul Abramowicz, Focus Lead
    1. 15 minutes prior to meeting setup A/V (If requested by Speakers/President); Banners/Head Table/Secretary's Table
    2. At close of meeting: Return all club supplies to storage cabinet and verify secure
