REGULAR MEETING with Gordon Ross

Gordon Ross is Director of Employment Initiatives – Ready, Willing and Able at Inclusion BC. With management background in Health Human Resources and Communications, he transformed Employment Services for Persons with Disabilities in the Northwest Territories by focusing on meeting Employer’s workforce requirements, leading to a 50% increase in positive employment outcomes.

 

Ready, Willing & ABLE is a national initiative to assist Employers in meeting their labour force requirements by tapping into the skills and abilities of persons with developmental disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. Funded through the Government of Canada and the Vancouver Foundation, participating Employers are beginning to reap the benefits of enhanced inclusivity within their organization while addressing their workforce requirements. http://readywillingable.ca/
