Rotary Club of Port Moody - Hardy Bunch

The Rotary Club of Port Moody has some 'very hardy' people who braved the cold to make and hand out Hot Chocolate for the Share Holiday Train.  Well done !
 
WOW IT WAS COLD!!!
But what wasn't, was the HOT CHOCOLATE.
WE DID IT AGAIN, receiving a record amount of donations for SHARE'S FOOD BANK, to the tune of:-
$1,239.10 + Misc: (5 pennies, Canadian Tire Money and a ticket to a theatre)
 
Thanks to Dan Dunlop, Brian Dunne, Bill Lawrie and Dan Gallant for getting gallons of Hot Water, and prepairing the Hot Chocolate mix, so Claire & I could keep serving the never ending line up. Thanks to Kerry for helping with the cups and serving too. Thanks to Dave Stone for helping with the set-up.Thanks to Ian MacPhail for getting much need Garbage Bags.Thanks to Cindy for getting paper towels for needed clean-up.
 
We wouldn't of pulled this off without the GREAT TEAM WORK shown by our Club last night

Wow, you Rotarians really know how to raise money!!!  I'm so glad you were able to break your record.  You've really got a great team of people that support this event year after year.  Please pass along my thanks to them all!
