Installation night 2016-2017.
I would like to thank the organizing committee .....Gayle [you were missed] , Cleone, Don, Dave, Al,
Dan G, & Jeannie for the ideas and work that goes into this night.
Jay at Saint Street Grill never disappoints us with the great food and great service. Gary did an amazing job of being our MC.....What a professional !!!!
Ann thank you for taking all the photos....
Gary led us in O'Canada and Dan did an wonderful invocation....so true to Rotary
Thank you to PP Alan for his remarks about Trudy's year.....great job.
Trudy your address to the club was full of love and gratitude.....You were a wonderful President and we all hope you enjoyed your year.
PDG Sean & Past AG Clive did a great job with the Installation of the new Board and what a nice touch to ask our Mayor Mike to help with the pins.
Patty your vision for the new year is wonderful and everyone will look forward to your guidance.
The Special surprises of the night were the Paul Harris Awards given out to George Balzer for his commitment to our Community with Summer Sundays and help with Ribfest [and being the best husband in the world] and to Mayor Mike Clay for all the support he gives to our Rotary Club, to Dan Gallant who is everywhere all the time giving to Rotary and to Peter Cuthbert for his help with reading to the seniors at the Manor, for organizing the Christmas Train and for being the lead on the Search for the Perfect Pint. Trudy could not of given these Paul Harris awards to anyone more deserving.
A great end to a very special night.....we all look forward to the work our Rotary Club will do in 2016-2017.
