If you ever wonder why we do things, or if it makes a difference, please read this letter Nadine received.
Hi Nadine saw your post of members of Port Moody Rotary club out collecting for Share..
I would like to pass on a personal "Thank you" to all members as I have had to use the Food bank over this past year and am eternally grateful to everyone concerned from the good people out collecting to the people actually handing out at the Food Bank. I have also been on the other end of Share when I done a short stint in the shop in Queens st, working downstairs. You really never know when you may need the assistance of Share. I am so grateful..
If you would like to print this out and display it somewhere at the Rotary Club if you have notice board I would be more than happy for you to do so..
Maybe just put from a "Grateful Port Moody lady"
