Biography

 

 

Regina M. Bette, LMFT, is the President and CEO of Aviva Family and Children’s Services. She joined Aviva in 2011 with over 30 years’ experience in social and mental health services in Los Angeles County. 

 

In her long career in non-profit social services Ms. Bette has had numerous leadership positions including Director of Residential Treatment, Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Operating Officer and now as CEO.  Her passion is to ensure that every child is valued and has the chance to achieve their full potential.  She has spent her career strengthening families, encouraging children to dream big and training mental health and social service professionals. 

 

Ms. Bette is on the board of the Wilshire Rotary Club of Los Angeles, the Mariners Outreach Foundation and the Association of Community Human Service Agencies in Los Angeles.

 

Regina is a licensed Marriage, Family and Child Counselor.   She has 1 daughter and 5 step children as well as 8 grandchildren.  She is an avid boater.

 

In addition, Regina was a member of Altadena Rotary Club for 7 years before joining Wilshire Rotary and serverd on the board for Youth Service and participated in RYLA.
