"How Not To Get Away With Murder... Reflections From A Life's Work As An L.A. District Attorney"

Marc Chomel has been Deputy District Attorney for Los Angeles County for 28 years, after previously having served in the same position in the small Texas town of Conroe. He is licensed in both Texas and California and resides in the South Bay.

As a prosecutor, Marc has handled a number of sensitive high profile cases that spanned the spectrum of crime – from the smuggling of cocaine by an airline attendant to the theft of the Oscars by cargo employees, to thirteen murders, involving scenarios as unique as execution style killings by rap musicians, cable guys hired to murder husbands, a love triangle involving an evangelical Formosan Church minister and a choir director, and a disgruntled house slave of a bondage parlor.

Currently a calendar deputy in Central Los Angeles, he works from a downtown office settling cases, arguing motions and assigning trials.
