Meet for our first official Happy Hour of the Rotary year this Wednesday, July 28th at 5:00 PM at El Carmen Tequila & Taco Bar.  This takes the place of our lunch meeting, and guests are welcome to attend as well.  El Carmen is known for its vast selection of tequilas, and offers a full bar and food, all served in a festive space.
