At approximately noon, on October 9th, Rotarian Rob DeCou will arrive on shore at Palos Verdes Peninsula, the beach of Terranea Resort, after a 21-mile swim from Catalina Island.
From the resort, Rob will commence his 400-mile bike ride to Death Valley. From Death Valley to the portal of Mr. Whitney, Rob will run another 135 miles. Rob’s ultra triathlon challenge is dedicated to raising funds for, and awareness of, the fight against Human Trafficking in District 5280.
Rotarians, family and friends, let’s distance, mask and cheer Rob on, as he heads north from PVP up to Malibu on October 9th!
