A regular meeting of the Rotary Club of Palos Verdes Peninsula held at the Palos Verdes Golf Club.
Club President Jim Hartman opened up the meeting at 12:15pm.
Tim Foley gave the invocation.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Virginia Butler.
Kjell Hellberg, Les Fishman, and Greg Sparkman led the patriotic song, accompanied on piano by our very own John Schuricht.
Lynne Neuman Introduced the guests.
The welcome song was led by Gary Tossell.
After President Jim Hartman got the meeting back under control, he asked Bob Gulcher to speak on Rotary International.
Les Fishman spoke on the Concourse, and auctioned off a box of Sees candy.
Greg Sparkman spoke on the PV homes tour, and then Phyllis Pelezzare addressed the telephone book delivery program. Jim Morgan spoke on the Harmony Concert, and advertising opportunities.
John Schuricht won the first bottle of wine, Nicky Nikakhtar won the second, and Greg  Sparkman walked away with the cookies.
John Stillo introduced our program, which was Alisa Janiger-Director of the American Cetacian Society, and she gave a whale of a program.
President Jim Hartman closed the meeting at 1:40.
