Bio: Amy Johnson helps her clients feel on purpose while developing cutting-edge ideas and projects in their work and life.

As a Values & Idea Integrator, a former entertainment executive, and mother of teenagers, Amy uses her vast experience to help clients find clarity, direction and positive impact by reaching personal and professional goals in alignment with their Core Values.

Amy’s unique blend of problem-solving and business acumen was forged as she rose through the ranks in Hollywood. As an Entertainment Executive at New Line Cinema, she was instrumental in producing and acquiring films at Academy Award-winning level.  She has over 30 years of experience producing films, theater and entrepreneurial endeavors. She produced the documentary short film series called Driving Fashion Forward for Lexus about fashion and sustainability.

Amy is the founder of The Core Values Project™, which explores how to Live Our Values Everyday. Through her heart-warming manner, she is the creator and facilitator of the Discover Your Core Values workshops, the Core Values: High School Edition Program, and The Clarity Cleanse™ process. She has served as a mentor for young fashion brands at the CFDA Lexus Fashion* Initiative.  Amy currently serves on the advisory board for the Environmental Media Association and as a TedX Speaker Coach for Tedx Franklin, TN.

When Amy’s not helping her clients celebrate milestones on their path to purpose, profit and impact, you can find her indulging in kitchen dance parties with her free spirited teenage daughters or walking on the beach with her communicative dogs.
