Warren Flynn
Raytheon and the future of engineering

Warren Flynn is a member of the Raytheon leadership team, Flynn oversees approximately 8,000 engineers currently and will oversee approximatly 13,000 engineers beginning in March of 20120.  He is responsible for ensuring engineering excellence for all of the business programs, enabling the business to produce the most advanced defense and information systems in the world.

Flynn has more than 30 years of experience in successfully managing complex development and production programs from both a program management and an engineering perspective across numerous domains, including radar, radar warning receivers, space-based EO/IR sensors, GPS receivers and equipment, special test equipment, system engineering, systems integration and test, electronic design, and software.

Flynn received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from California State University, Fresno. He also has a master’s degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and a master’s degree in systems engineering from University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
