Craft Talk

Jessica is one of our newer members and we're excited to hear her craft talk.  Here's a little of her bio from her linked in webpage:

Jessica has experience operating and managing a foundation with an annual budget of $5 million per year and oversaw the foundation's investment portfolio. At the foundation she developed the foundation’s strategic plan as well as designed and implemented innovative programs. She also assessed and analyzed written grant proposals to determine suitability for foundation funding. Conducted financial due diligence, including analysis of financial statements, tax returns and budgets.
