The San Francisco-Marin Food Bank continues to need your helping hands. Members and guests are invited to assemble and package food for distribution at the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank. Register early as the number of volunteers is limited to 12 for safety reasons.

Here is some information you must know and agree to before signing up:

Please review these screening questions from the City and County of San Francisco.

Orientation and training are included in each shift.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Age limits:
Weekdays: 11+ years old
Saturdays: 8+ years old
Sundays: 4+ years old
Instructions:

Closed-toe shoes are required at all volunteer projects.

We recommend volunteers not wear jewelry. If worn, all items must be covered by the provided gloves and/or hairnets.

We suggest dressing in casual and clean layers, as the temperature in the warehouse is often cool.
