Tallia Hart is the President & CEO of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, the largest and most comprehensive business membership organization in San Francisco. Acting on its mission to attract, support and grow business in the city, the Chamber serves more than 2,500 member businesses and partners as well as over 200,000 employees through advocacy, business and economic development, and its foundation partners the San Francisco Center for Economic Development (SFCED), Leadership San Francisco (LSF) and Chambers for Innovation and Clean Energy (CICE). Tallia is the first woman and minority to lead the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce in its 167-year history.

Tallia has proven herself as a highly-regarded leader in association management for more than 17 years. Her leadership and team-building skills were developed early as she trained on the United States Olympic Women's Gymnastics team for much of her childhood, and won a national title in the uneven bars.

Before joining the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce in March 2017, Hart was the President & CEO of the Irvine Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Southern California Chamber Executives Board of Directors. Her experience includes leadership as the President and CEO of the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce, Executive Vice President of the Fort Collins (Colorado) Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Executive Director of the Northern California Engineering Contractors Association in Santa Rosa, California.

Tallia has received numerous service awards including being named among OC Metro Magazine’s Hottest 25 business leaders and was recognized as one of Orange County Business Journal’s Women in Business. She has also been recognized by the North Bay Business Journal as one of the area's top 40 Under 40 business leaders. The Western Association of Chamber Executives honored Hart with the William Hammond Award, given annually for excellence in Chamber of Commerce management.
