It's not easy being the second oldest Rotary Club in the world. It means we've had to reinvent ourselves more times than almost any other Rotary Club on the planet. And it's time to do that again.

We constantly refocus our Club to meet changing needs and address evolving challenges. Once a year, at the Club Assembly, we take a step back so we can see farther ahead. We have made great strides in the recent years and we want to keep the momentum going. Now we need your help! More participation from more members makes for a better result. Please think about our mission and objectives, and about adjustments we might make, and come to give your input.

Rotary International President-Elect Mark Daniel Maloney has designated ROTARY CONNECTS THE WORLD as the Rotary theme for 2019-20. That's a great beginning, but it's up to us to determine how to focus our Club to make the difference we want to make.

This year, our Club Assembly will focus on how to maintain Club growth and deepen member engagement in Club programs and activities. The presentation will include a preview of the programs and projects that will be emphasized in the coming year so our Club can grow in influence, impact, and numbers. You'll learn where you can fit in and how you can help.

We also have some important information to share, and some important decisions to make, including:
  • Who are the new board members?
  • What did we learn from the recent Club surveys?
  • What were the results of the Board retreat?
  • What projects should we focus on in 2019-20 and beyond?
  • What kinds of social activities would be fun?

Several surprises are in store for everyone who attends.

We expect this to be a crowded meeting, so please RSVP to make sure there will be room for you.

Make your voice heard as we aim the Rotary Club of San Francisco at the future!!
