District Announcement

As the District Polio Chair, I am trying to identify all the members in the District who are Polio Survivors.  If you are a Polio Survivor, please let me know as I would like to be able to recognize everyone in the District who are in that category.

 

Also, any member in the District who has gone on a National Immunization Day (NID) in the past.  So if you are one of these people, please let me know.
