Until recently an Arlington Rotarian, Bob Morman has had more than his share of medical challenges...today having a knee replacement. A conversation with his dear wife Joanne today told of some exciting and wonderful travel has been a balm in the past few years -- a cruise in the Caribbean during which a storm broke their stateroom's porthole, water splashing her face and Bob getting out of bed and into water on the floor ! She said, "Never an outside cabin again! I thought we were going down." This past year they took a wonderful cruise in the Far East, this time with a remarkably spacious inside cabin. In China during some excursions, Bob wasn't able to move fast enough, so they hired a private guide. Said Joanne, "For the little more it cost, it certainly was worthwhile. And the Great Wall -- it's a sight of a lifetime !"
