David Jaffe classification talk August 18

David Jaffe, Realtor/Broker gave us his classification talk.  A competitive spring board diver in high school, he grew up in Cleveland and moved to the Chicago area in 1979.  He is married and has two daughters that are in their 1^st and 3^rd years at a University in Boston.  He has a Bachelor’s degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology majoring in Architecture.  He enjoys snow skiing and white water rafting.

 

Working for the past 17 years as a Realtor/Broker, David has received multiple recognitions for his excellence by both the Daily Herald and Chicago Magazine publications.  His specialties are relocations, new construction, investment/rental properties, home staging/design and is a certified distressed property expert.  He provided several solutions to aiding both buyers and sellers in closing residential real estate sales.  Also, he has experience with a lot of diverse residential maintenance contractors in the area.
