Mayor Reilly is proud that the city is at last putting its finances in order, getting its streets fixed and addressing the public safety issues with better and more focused policing.
Her vision for the future is optimistic. She sees us leveraging the burgeoning Silicon Valley business associated with addressing climate change as the catalyst for re-igniting the area. She also sees UCSC and Cabrillo bringing more opportunities, the new Tannery Arts Center and Westside project as stimulating local business. And she believes there to be the collective political will to build on this momentum.
She hopes to see the downtown and the boardwalk linked and connected both physically and emotionally. Mayor Reilly clearly loves this town!
