How exciting to begin a new Rotary year!

As we begin the next Rotary year on July 1, 2016; we have to reflect over the past nineteen years.  Kingston Sunrise Rotary has accomplished much for both our local community and for our brothers and sisters around the world. Going back in history we built the library at the Children's Home of Kingston; distributed "Important Phone Numbers" cards to area students; donated to support wells in Peru; set up Lisa's Library at the Family Court children's area - right up to our current project of continuing to assist displaced veterans through the Patriot's House Project. We are starting our twentieth year of both local and international projects serving our fellow man.
Like all Rotarians, we have provided our services very quietly. One of our club goals for this year is to improve the public's awareness of Kingston Sunrise and the good works we have done. And another goal is to increase the size of our club to 25 by the end of June 2017. We are fortunate that Past President Colleen Mountford has volunteered to mastermind both of these efforts; Membership and PR. That puts us in a great position for success. Please support Colleen and her committees efforts during this year.
