Andy joined Great Canadian in September 2011 as the General Manager of Maple Ridge Community Gaming Centre, now Chances Maple Ridge. Prior to joining Great Canadian, Andy served as the Assistant Vice President of Operations for Boardwalk Gaming and Entertainment, and was responsible for all of the British Columbia operations. In October 2014, Andy was promoted to Executive Director of the two Vancouver Island properties. In late 2015, Great Canadian Casinos Corporation through its subsidiary company, Ontario Gaming East Limited Partnership, was the selected by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation to be the first Service Provider awarded a gaming bundle in the governments Modernization Program. Andy was promoted to the position of Executive Director, Ontario East and lead the on ground Team through transition and operations. In this role, Andy is reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and has direct oversight of the East Gaming Bundle in Ontario: Shorelines Slots at Kawartha Downs, Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands, and the opening of the new facility being built in Belleville. In August of this year Andy was promoted to his current role of Executive Director, Stakeholder Relations – Ontario.
Prior to moving to British Columbia, Andy held the position of Director of Operations – North for Boardwalk Gaming. In that capacity, he was responsible and accountable for the daily operations of six bingo centers. Andy piloted the launch of E-bingo and Pocket Slots within Ontario’s marketplace; and these concepts are now widely accepted and played throughout the province.
Andy also spent time as Regional Manager – Home Market with a Coca-Cola Franchise Bottler and has operated a number of private business enterprises.
