Rotation Day - Club Meeting is Dark
Visit and Learn with Rotarians: Harmony Equine Center or CVS/Caremark Coram Specialty Infusion Svcs

The purpose of Rotation Day is to celebrate Vocational Services, to recognize the value of all useful occupations and to discover programs and businesses that have high ethical standards and make a difference in our communities.

We encourage all of our Rotarians to attend one of the two venues on this Rotation Day.

Harmony Equine Center (about 30 minute drive from Orchard and I-25; Map to be provided)

Dumb Friends League Harmony Equine Center (TM), 5540 E. Hwy. 86, Franktown, CO 80116

(303) 751-5772

The Dumb Friends League Harmony Equine CenterTM provides a safe haven for Colorado horses, ponies, donkeys and mules that have suffered from abuse and neglect, and been removed from their owners by law enforcement authorities.

At the center, equines find relief from suffering and opportunities for new lives. Top-quality care is provided by a knowledgeable, professional staff that is on the premises seven days a week. Once the animals are restored to health, they are offered to responsible new owners through an application and interview process.

CVS/Caremark Coram Specialty Infusion Services

12450 E Arapahoe Road #A1 (Off Arapahoe Rd and Peoria Street; Map to be provided)

720-339-1181

Coram Specialty Infusion Services is a home infusion provider; intravenous medications that previously were provided in the hospital environment can now be provided safely and effectively at home, and a greatly decreased price to the health care plans and to the consumer. We will take a tour of the facility and have a short discussion on how alternative sites of care (such as the home) assist with savings of health care dollars, and provide a safe, comfortable alternative to patients requiring these services.
