Program Description: Helen Raleigh is a Senior Policy Fellow at the Centennial Institute. As a legal immigrant, it took her 17 years to receive her U.S. citizenship. Based on her own immigration experiences, in addition to extensive research, Helen published an immigration policy brief through the Centennial Institute in November, 2014. This speech is based on her policy brief and will discuss issues and recommendations for immigration reform.

Helen Raleigh is a business owner, a professional speaker, an author and a policy fellow. She is the Owner and Chief Investment Officer of Red Meadow Advisors, LLC, a Colorado Registered Investment Advisory Firm. She has over 15 years of financial services industry experience ranging from Global banks to Pension Funds.

Helen has an MBA degree from the University of Wyoming and an M.S. in Business Economics from the State University of New York, College of Oneonta. Helen also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Project Management Professional (PMP) designations. She also graduated from the Leadership Program of the Rockies (LPR) and won the 2013 “Defender of Capitalism” award.
