Club Board Meeting

Board meetings are open to all Club members and everyone is encouraged to attend.  New members are especially encouraged to attend as this is one of the required steps to convert the ugly red badges into a bright and shiny new blue badge.  Dinner, water, sodas, beer, and wine will be served at the Board meetings.  There is no charge for the dinner during the Board meeting. 

If you are not a current officer, committee chair or currently serving on this Board, please email the Club Secretary, Dinesh Weerapurage at XYDinesh@gmail.com, so he can either email you the board meeting materials or you can bring a copy for your use.  If you wish to join the board in eating dinner, please email our Club Accountant, Kris Morse at TKMZMorse1@MSN.com.  Kris will then add you to the meeting order email so you can select a menu item.  The meal registration closes at noon on the day of the board meeting, so please make sure that you tell Kris that you are attending at least 24 hours before the actual meeting date.

The new location is at the office of UBS Financial 4600 S. Ulster Street, Suite 700, Denver 80237.  This is one block north of Panterra Plaza on the same side of the street (east).  Parking is best at the front of the building.  There is a short walk across a front yard area to a covered portico and glass front doors. 

Building doors are automatically locked at 7:00 PM, so please arrive before that time.  If you arrive after the doors are locked, call or text one of the Club officers to leave the meeting and let you in.  People to text include Kris Morse 720-289-8789, Courtney Cowgill 303-517-6308, or Ed Meyer 303-619-2054.  An elevator will run for us between 5:30 and 8:30 PM. To access the 7th floor after 6:00 PM, check with building security.  The elevator will come to take you back to the main floor at any time.
