Packing swag bags for District Conference

We need volunteers to assemble the swag bags which will be given to the district conference attendees when they check in.  We will gather in the Madison room on the third floor of the Waterside Marriott conference center.  The Madison room is on the east end of the conference center.  If we get 10 to 12 volunteers, we can accomplish this in under 3 hours.

Parking is available in a city garage ($1.50 per hour) or MacArthur Mall ($1 for 3 hours).
