Pacific Biodiesel Technologies

Twenty years ago Pacific Biodiesel Technologies began processing renewable fuel from used cooking oil as an effort to divert a messy and potentially hazardous substance from Maui County landfills.  In these years, the company has brought new industry wide technological innovations and by- product development…..with the potential for Food and Fuel.

 

This presentation will highlight PBT’s award-winning community-based sustainability model and explain our farming and agricultural processing experience developed through the Hawaii Military Biofuel Crop project which has helped us evolve a viable collaborative approach to diversified agriculture, much needed for Maui’s future.
