NEW ROTARY YEAR 2018-2019

Aloha,

Welcome to a dynamic new Rotary year. Mahalo Nui Loa for your dedicated participation with our wonderful club this past year! Big thanks too to President John Moore and the club leaders and members for a wonderfully productive year.

RCKW Dues

This coming year the club will pay $150 per member to Rotary International and District 5000 out of the $250 for the full membership year. Rotary International and D5000 bill us for dues twice a year for everyone still on our membership list at the end of June and end of December, so we must remove any names from our list for folks who have not paid dues by then.

Thank you in advance for paying your membership dues by June 5 (and, if mailing a check, please post it by May 31st)—and by December 15 for you second half-year payment.

You can pay by right here by credit card, or by check, cash or credit card at a meeting.

If you choose to pay with a check, please make it out to RCKW and mail to RCKW, PO Box 175, Kihei, HI 96753, or bring your check to a meeting.

Kahola Mai — Visiting Members

Kohola Mai is Hawaiian for "Returning Whale" This is what we call the folks who return to Maui and our club as visiting members—usually in winter when the Humpback whales return to Maui to breed and spawn. Kahola Mai membership is rewarding as you become an integral part of the Rotary Club of Kihei-Wailea and your return is anticipated each year.

As a Kahola Mai member, you will also receive our weekly newsletter, filled with photos and information about the meetings, past and upcoming events much more.

Annual  Kohola Mai dues payment for July 1 through June 30 is $75.00. You can pay with the button below, with cash, your check or credit card to a meeting, or with a check by mail to RCKW, PO Box 175, Kihei HI 96753. Your dues, generosity and compassion enable our club to support our local and international communities with scholarships and life-enhancing and life-saving projects.

The Rotary Foundation

It takes the financial contributions of Rotary club members for The Rotary Foundation to fulfill its mission: to enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through projects and programs that improve health, support education and conflict resolution, and help alleviate poverty. Retain your Sustaining Member status by making a contribution of a minimum of $100. Please help make a difference worldwide.

Polio Plus

Your contribution will help Rotary raise $200 million to match $355 million in challenge grants received from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The resulting $555 million will directly support immunization campaigns in developing countries, where polio continues to infect and paralyze children, robbing them of their futures and compounding the hardships faced by their families.

Suggested $40 annual contribution.
