Meal Packaging Grant - Volunteers Needed

Sign-up is still open to the West Rotary club members for the meal packaging project.  The email sent earlier said sign-up was needed before January 30th.

The January 30th date was the last date to sign up before it was opened up to Suburban Rotary club members for sign-up. You can still sign-up to volunteer for the Meal Packaging District Grant Project to be held on February 25th. Family members and friends are welcome to volunteer as well. See details below.  

West, Southwest and Suburban Rotary Clubs are working on a joint District Grant project to package meals for local non-profit organizations.  This project will be held on February 25, 2017 from 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Walmar Leasing, 11357 South 146th Street. Members that want to volunteer for this project can click the following link http://portal.clubrunner.ca/5409/Event/multi-club-meal-packaging-event and follow the instructions to sign-up.  If you want to work at the same table with another member, family member, or friend you will need to select the same table number as you sign-up. If you are willing to be a table leader let me know and you will be sent separate instructions to arrive early. There will be two shifts with 8 tables of 10 people each per shift. 

A few volunteers (6-10 people) are needed to setup on the night before, Friday, February 24th from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Reply to this email if you would like to help with the setup on the 24th.  Let me know if you have any questions or problems signing up.  Thank you
